SHIPPING POLICY :
• Orders submitted before 3 pm CST will be processed and shipped the same business day (except during holidays and weekends).
• International orders, including Military Installations (APO/FPO), usually takes 1-3 weeks (depending on your location).
• Customers are responsible for any charges on international orders. Such charges are customs, taxes, government charges, etc. Please check in with your local post office for more information.
• All unclaimed packages (customer not available, out of business, moved to a new residence and/or any other reasons that the postal service has no fault of) will be sent back to our company. You may be able to request to cancel or re-deliver the package. ◦All request for cancellation for refunds, shipping will be deducted based from the regular shipping charges including the free shipping promotions (which ever method was used, express, priority or ground).

RETURN POLICY :
In order to serve our customer the lowest price, our company will accept returns for store credits and exchange only.
All returns and/or exchanges are subjected to $5 restocking fee.
Returns must be subjected to quality test by one of our associates.
Customers and/or clients are responsible for any additional fees incured in returning a product (shipping charges, tax and/or customs charges), otherwise stated.
Any returns that did not pass the quality test will be subjected to 20% - 50% restocking fee (depending on the severity of damage) plus the $5 initial restocking fee.
You must inform us of damage products upon receipt within 3 business days.

3. All the included tags and documents must be included
4. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (unauthorized returns will be subjected to 20% penalty and will be return to the customer expenses)
5. Return Authorization Number must be requested from one of our associates through phone or email
6. Returns must be within 7 days from the date of order, otherwise stated
For hygienic reasons, all HAIR PIECES are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchange and/or store credits will be granted for any hair piece products.
